Customs Requirements:
Foreign Arrivals – To expedite your mandatory U.S. Customs clearance upon arrival, please have a copy of the pilots’ licenses, medical certificates, copy of the Aircraft Airworthiness certificate and Aircraft Registration to give to the U.S. Customs Inspector. All Declaration forms need to be completed prior to landing; this will be used to assess duty, if applicable.

Agriculture Requirements:
Domestic Arrivals – Please consume all fresh pineapples and radishes before landing in Hawaii or, do not include these items on your inbound catering.

Domestic Departures – A U.S. Agriculture Inspector will be planeside an hour before your departure time to check all catering and bags to ensure all fresh fruits and vegetables come from an authorized caterer.  This is to prevent any possible transport of fruit flies from Hawaii to the mainland.

Foreign Arrivals – To expedite your clearance, please separate your trash items into perishable and non-perishable bags.
